MINUTES
Regular Meeting
*Approved 2-12-19 January 8, 2019
(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Commissioners in attendance: Anthony Gagliardi, Randy Wilson and
Keith Letsche. A quorum was established. Carol LeBeau was also in attendance.
(2) Approval of Minutes
The minutes from the Commission’s Regular Meeting on December 11, 2018 were approved. Motion was made by
Keith and seconded by Randy. Motion carried.
(3) Public Participation — Korey Engelhardt — spoke regarding water bill and City ordinance regarding rate
transparency. Anthony explained to Mr. Engelhardt that the Commission did not hear nor handle the issues he was
addressing.
(4) Old Business — None
(5) New Business - None
(6) Items for Discussion and Possible Action —
The draft Civil Service Rules and Regulations were distributed to the Commission for their review and comment for
next meeting in February. The Commission reviewed the 2018 Civil Service Commission Annual Report to the Mayor.
Randy motioned to approve and Ketih second. Motion carried.

(8) Executive Session — None
(9) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session — None
(10) Adjournment — A motion was made by Randy and seconded by Keith to adjourn the meeting. The motion
carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:13 p.m.
