Public Hearing Case PC 19-01 — Special Use Approvals
West Chicago Group LLC requests three special uses for the former VW dealership at
560 W. North Road to allow used motor vehicle sales (from 10.4-5(O)) and ancillary
motor vehicle care (from 10.4-5(C)) and repair (from 10-4-5(E)). The care center and
repair activity are ancillary to the sales.
Review of Case PC 19-01 — Special Use Approvals
Public Hearing Case PC 19-02 — Special Use Amendment
James Langkamp of Forming America, LTD., is requesting approval of a fourth
amendment to their special use for an outside storage yard, as referenced in 11.2-1(C)(1),
at 1200 N. Prince Crossing Road. The amendment would add another and final extension
to complete the paving requirement, with all work completed and approved by October
31, 2019.
