1. Call To Order
a. Board President John Zurick called the meeting to order at 9:03 A.M.
2. Roll Call
a. A quorum was established with Trustee Guttman, Trustee Murphy, Trustee Cargola,
Trustee Malkin, and Trustee Zurick all present.
3. Approval of the January 17, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Carola made a motion to approve of the January 17, 2019 Board Meeting
minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion passed 5-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of Bills to be Paid in February 2019
1. A motion was made to approve of the bills to be paid in February 2019 in the amount
of $10,806.07 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin.
Roll call vote was taken and approved 5-0.
6. Application for Membership- None
7. Applications for Benefits- None
8. Applications for Refund- None
9. Old Business- None
10. New Business- None
11. Executive/Closed Session
a. A motion was made by Trustee Guttman to move into Executive Session at 9:03 A.M.
The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. The motion passed 5-0. At 9:05 A.M. Ex-
ecutive Session began. At 9:23 A.M. the Board adjourned from Executive Session.
