CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MINUTES
Regular Meeting
March 12, 2019

(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 5:04 p.m. Commissioners in attendance: Anthony Gagliardi and Keith Letsche.
Randy Wilson was absent. A quorum was established. Carol LeBeau was also in attendance.
(2) Approval of Minutes
The minutes from the Commission’s Regular Meeting on February 12, 2019 were approved. Motion was made by
Keith and seconded by Anthony. Motion carried.
(3) Public Participation — None
(4) Old Business — None
(5) New Business - None
(6) Items for Discussion and Possible Action —
The Commission discussed the draft amended rules and regulations. The Commission directed Carol to clean-up the
document regarding page set up for better flow of the document. The Commission deferred approval of the amended
rules and regulations and the adoption of the resolution amending the rules until the April meeting.
As Randy Wilson will be unavailable for the next regularly scheduled meeting on April 9, the Commission requested
the regular meeting of April 9 be rescheduled to April 2.
The timeline for the posting of the notice for the Sergeant promotional was agreed upon by the Commission to send out
in April.

(9) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session — None
(10) Adjournment — A motion was made by Keith and seconded by Anthony to adjourn the meeting. The motion
carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
