CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MINUTES
Regular Meeting
*Approved June 11, 2019 : April 2, 2019
(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 5:06 p.m. Commissioners in attendance: Anthony Gagliardi, Randy Wilson and
Keith Letsche. A quorum was established. Carol LeBeau was also in attendance.
(2) Approval of Minutes
The minutes from the Commission’s Regular Meeting on March 12, 2019 were approved. Motion was made by Keith
and seconded by Anthony. Motion carried.
(3) Public Participation — None
(4) Old Business — None
(5) New Business - None
(6) Items for Discussion and Possible Action —
A motion was made by Keith to approve the Amended Rules and Regulations amended April 2, 2019. The motion was
seconded by Randy. Motion carried.
Keith motioned to preliminary approval of the Resolution of the West Chicago Civil Service Commission Adopting
Amended Rules Dated April 2, 2019 subject to final publication of the Rules and Regulations without any further
action by this board. Randy seconded the motion. Motion carried.

(9) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session — None
(10) Adjournment — A motion was made by Randy and seconded by Keith to adjourn the meeting. The motion
carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:19 p.m.
