1. Call To Order
a. Board Vice-President Bruce Malkin called the meeting to order at 9:34 A.M.
2. Roll Call
a. A quorum was established with Trustee Guttman, Trustee Malkin, and Trustee Murphy
all present. Absent were Trustee Cargola and Trustee Zurick.
3. Approval of the April 18, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Murphy made a motion to approve of the April 18, 2019 Board Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Guttman. The motion passed 3-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of Bills to be Paid in May 2019
1. A motion was made to approve of the bills to the paid in May 2019 in the amount of
$10,106.64 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. Roll
call vote was taken and approved 3-0.
6. Application for Membership- None
7. Applications for Benefits- None
8. Applications for Refund- None
9. Old Business
a. Approval of Martin Griffin's transfer of creditable service
1. Trustee Guttman made a motion to approve of Martin Griffin's transfer of credible
service. The motion was seconded by Trustee Murphy. Roll call vote was taken and
approved 3-0.

11. Executive/Closed Session- None
