ITEM SUMMARY:
The owner of the two lots at 1817 and 1827 Blackhawk Drive, RAI Concrete, has submitted for a lot
consolidation as required by the City as a condition of the use of these two properties for a single
business. A small building is located on 1827 Blackhawk Drive, with vehicles and outdoor storage for
the building on the adjacent lot. The lots total 2 acres in size and are zoned M, Manufacturing District.
At its meeting on April 2, 2019, the Plan Commission/ZBA recommended approval of the lot consoli-
dation by a 5-0 vote.
ACTIONS PROPOSED:
Consideration of Final Plat of Lot Consolidation at 1817 and 1827 Blackhawk Drive.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
At their May 13, 2019 meeting, Development Committee members voted 7-0 in favor of the Final Plat
of Lot Consolidation.
