1. Call To Order
a. Board President John Zurick called the meeting to order at 9:05 A.M.
2. Roll Call
a. A quorum was established was Trustee Zurick, Trustee Cargola, Trustee Murphy, and
Trustee Guttman all present. Absent was Trustee Malkin.
3. Approval of the May 17, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Cargola made a motion to approve of the May 17, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes.
The motion was seconded by Trustee Guttman. The motion passed 4-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of bills to be paid in June 2019
1. A motion was made to approve of the bills to be paid in June 2019 by Trustee
Guttman in the amount of $21,844.11. The motion was seconded by Trustee Murphy.
Roll call vote was taken and approved 4-0.

12. Adjournment
1. Trustee Zurick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:06 A.M. The motions se-
conded by Trustee Murphy. The motion passed 4-0.
