951 West Washington Street — Alex Carbonara of DuPage Cremations, Ltd. and
Memorial Chapel is proposing to amend the Special Use Permit for 951 West
Washington Street to accommodate the construction of a 9,146 square foot addition to an
existing 3,893 square foot crematorium facility.
