Special Meeting
*Approved October 9, 2019 August 6, 2019
(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Gagliardi at 12:03 PM in the Conference Room of the West Chicago Police
Department. Commissioners in attendance were Anthony Gagliardi, Randy Wilson and Keith E. Letsche. A quorum was
established. Also in attendance was Kamille King, Assessment Specialist for IOS (Industrial Organizational Solutions).
(2) Items for Discussion and Possible Action on.
A. Commissioner training for Police Sergeant Promotion oral interviews was provided by Kamille King IOS starting at
12:06 PM.
Commissioners received documentation with regards to Seniority points and Department Merit Efficiency Rating.
B. Oral Interview Police Sergeant — Motion to enter Executive Session.
(3) Executive Session — Motion made by Keith, seconded by Randy, to enter Executive Session at 1:39 PM for personnel
matters, oral interview police sergeant [65 ILCS 5/10-1-7]. Motion carried. Keith made a motion, seconded by Anthony, to
exit Executive Session at 4:20 PM. Motion carried.
(4) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session — None
(5) Adjournment — Motion made by Keith, seconded by Randy, to adjourn the meeting at 4:21 PM. Motion carried.
