1. Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum
Call meeting to order at 7:06pm: Anni Holm, Uwe Gsedl, Cindy Davies, Heidi Kuharich,
Adriana Sarellana, Sara Phalen, and City Liaison Rosemary Mackey in attendance.
2. Approve Meeting Minutes of October 3, 2019
Adriana motions to approve with corrections, Anni seconds, minutes approved.
3. Count Ballots for Banner Art 2019 People’s Choice Award
Banner number 10: Love Birds by Kathi Kuchler is the winner with 23 out of 84 total
votes. As part of her prize Kathi will hold an art exhibit at city hall.
4. Confirm Judge for Art Banner Exhibit-Home
Ryan Hammer has agreed to judge 2020 Art Banner Exhibit
5. Other Business
a. Butterfly project
i. We received recognition from Loni Morris in December for contributions we
have made. Sara presented an opportunity to work with an organization and
expand on the butterfly project.
ii. Tori Farquhar’s and Christy Plumlee’s butterflies still need to be paid for and
picked up by auction winners.
b. Plaques for public art-Add to next month’s agenda to discuss what will go on the
plaque for mural on Tampico. It was suggested that a plaque should go up at the same
time as the artwork.
c. Begin exploring ideas to celebrate the 25" anniversary of Sister Cities
