1. Call To Order
a. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M.
2. Roll Call
a. A quorum was established with Trustee Zurick, Trustee Cargola, Trustee Guttman,
Trustee Murphy, and Trustee Malkin all present.
3. Approval of the November 19, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Cargola made a motion to approve of the November 19, 2019 Board Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. The motion passed 5-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of Bills to be Paid in December 2019
1. A motion was made to approve of the Bills to be Paid in December 2019 in the
amount of $11,570.27 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee
Murphy. Roll call vote was taken and approved 5-0.
6. Application for Membership- None

12. Adjournment
a. Trustee Zurick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:02 A.M. The motion was
seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion was approved 5-0.
