Call To Order
a. The meeting was called to order at 9:01 A.M.
Roll Call
a. A quorum was established with Trustee Guttman, Trustee Murphy, Trustee Malkin,
Trustee Cargola, and Trustee Zurick all present.
Approval of the December 19, 2019 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Cargola made a motion to approve of the December 19, 2019 Board Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion passed 5-0.
Public Comment- None
Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of Bills to be Paid in January 2020
1.
A motion was made to approve of the Bills to be Paid in January 2020 in the amount
of $8,521.91 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Cargola.
Roll call vote was taken and approved 5-0.
Application for Membership
a. Approval of Officer Joe Eversole application for membership
b. Approval of Officer Nathan Hunt application for membership
c. Approval of Officer Richard Dominguez application for membership

A motion was made to approve of Officer Joe Eversole, Officer Nathan Hunt, and
Officer Richard Dominguez' applications for memberships into the West Chicago
Police Pension Fund by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee
Zurick. The motion was approved 5-0.
Applications for Benefits
a. Approval of Michael Rosenwinkel application of benefits
1.
A motion was made by Trustee Cargola to approve of Michael Rosenwinkel's
application of benefits in the amount of $5,990.29 per month applicable to COLA
increases provided by Lauterbach and Amen and approved of by the Board Treasurer.
The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. Roll call vote was taken and approved
5-0.

a. Approval of Daniel Diveley Transfer of Credible Service to Elgin Police Pension Fund
1. A motion was made by Trustee Zurick to approve of Daniel Diveley's Transfer of
Credible Service in the amount of $47,775.48 to Elgin Police Pension Fund. The
motion was seconded by Trustee Cargola. Roll call vote was taken and approved 5-0.
b. Approval of Lauterbach and Amen Services for the 2020, 2021, and 2022
1. A motion was made by Trustee Zurick to approve of Lauterbach and Amen Services
for the 2020, 2021, and 2022 as proposed in the 1-10-20 dated letter. The motion was
seconded by Trustee Guttman. Roll call vote was taken and approved 5-0.

12. Adjournment
a. Trustee Zurick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:06 A.M. The motion was
seconded by Trustee Cargola. The motion was approved 5-0.
