As part of the site work, three new fire hydrants were installed to serve the development. A water main easement is being granted by the developer to the City over these fire hydrants to allow access and maintenance of the hydrants by the City. Furthermore, a typical 10 foot wide drainage/public utility easement is being granted by the developer to the City to serve between the two lots. ACTIONS PROPOSED: Consideration of the requested plat of easement for water main and public utilities/drainage on the property located at 560 W Roosevelt Rd and 600 W Roosevelt Rd.
