1655 Powis Road — Lakeshore Recycling Systems is proposing to amend their
Preliminary and Final Planned Unit Development to accommodate the construction of
separate additions to an existing clean construction and demolition debris building,
including a 22,530 square foot addition and a 4,480 square foot addition, and a new
10,200 square foot accessory building as well as to allow an expansion of an existing
ancillary outside storage area.

1800 Joliet Street — Umiya Mataji Sanstha Chicago Midwest is proposing to amend the
existing Preliminary and Final Planned Unit Development to accommodate the
construction of a 67,000 square foot two-story place of worship facility.

9. Public Hearing Case PC 19-27 — Zoning Text Amendment
The City of West Chicago seeks to initiate a text amendment to Section 7.13 of Article
VII — Supplementary Use and Bulk Regulations, of Appendix A (the Zoning Code) of the
City of West Chicago Municipal Code to revise the applicability of the City’s Design
Standards and Review and to clarify that the staining of brick and stone is prohibited on
all commercial structures.
