During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the public may attend the Plan Commission/Zoning
Board of Appeals meeting at West Chicago City Hall and be heard. The Council Chambers
will be limited to no more than 30 people, including staff, commissioners, applicants, and
the public. Face coverings must be worn at all times within City Hall and social distancing
consisting of 6 feet of separation between individuals shall be adhered to. The public may
also view and participate in the Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals meeting using

Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for Bishop Place PUD
Bishop Place PUD (Northwest Corner of Roosevelt Road and Bishop Street) - D&G
Property Development, LLC is requesting an amendment to the Bishop Place PUD to
remove condition #5 in Section 1 of Ordinance 2005-O0-0039, which currently requires
the construction and completion of a second commercial building within the development
prior to the development of the remaining vacant residential lots.
5. Review of Case PC 20-08 — Final Plat of Subdivision — Trillium Farm Phase 1
28W541 Roosevelt Road and 28W700 Purnell Road — Pulte Homes is requesting
approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision for Phase 1 of a proposed 84-unit single-family
residential development in unincorporated DuPage County.
