Call To Order
a. The meeting was called to order by Board President John Zurick at 9:02 A.M.
Roll Call
a. Roll call was taken and a quorum was established with Trustee Zurick, Trustee Cargola,
Trustee Guttman, and Trustee Murphy all present. Absent was Trustee Malkin.
Approval of the August 27, 2020 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Murphy made a motion to approve of the August 27, 2020 Board Meeting Min-
utes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. The motion was approved 4-0.

Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of Bills to be Paid in September 2020
1. A motion was made to approve of the Bills to be Paid in September 2020 in the
amount of $12,704.11 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee
Cargola. Roll call vote was taken and the motion was approved 4-0.
