Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum Call meeting to order at 7:08pm: Buddy Plumlee, Adriana Sarellana, Heidi Kuharich, Sara Phalen, Stephanie Ross, and City Liaison Rosemary Mackey in attendance. Quorum established. Mayor Pineda has determined that in- person meetings are not practical and prudent. Uwe Gsedl joined meeting at 7:17pm. 2. Approve Minutes of December 3, 2020 Stephanie motions to approve minutes, Buddy seconds, minutes approved with no corrections. 3. . Autumn Haiku Retrieval and Follow-up with Poets There are several missing signs. An email communication will go out to those locations who have missing signs to confirm if hosts pulled the signs in or perhaps the wind blew them away. Some signs still need to be removed; those will be worked on this weekend. Most stakes are damaged so we will not keep those. Summer haikus are still at the Gallery and Heidi volunteered to host open house at Gallery for Haiku pick up. Soonest the Gallery would reopen is January 15th 4. Discuss an Online Gallery of Autumn Haiku Autumn haikus will be added to the online gallery currently on the city website. 5. 2021 Art Banner Call for Art Update So far, we have received 1 submission. As they come in, they will go to Sara and she will communicate with artist and Jackie. 6. Review and Vote on Recruitment/Onboarding Information Sheet for New Commission Members Changes to make: -Add year (started 2014) to Facilitation and Development of Permanent Public Art Collection. -Change Artéculture to Artéculture Community Art Exhibit. -Add Deborah Walsh as current member. Vote to approve the WCCAC At-A-Glance with the 3 changes listed. Voting Aye: Buddy, Uwe, Heidi, Stephanie, Sarah, Adriana. Voting Nay: none. WCCAC At-A-Glance will be posted on the city website, copies will also be available at the gallery and museum. 7. Other Business -Congratulations to Buddy who will be going back to school next week to obtain his teaching certification. -Judy Horsley to help with education in conjunction with art projects. To be discussed at next meeting. -Downtown murals waiting approval from private business owners. -Individuals have asked Heidi if we will continue the Haiku project. 8. Public Participation none 9.
