CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MINUTES
Regular Meeting
*Approved 3-9-21 February 9, 2021
(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Anthony Gagliardi called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. In attendance: Anthony Gagliardi and Keith Letsche. Randy Wilson
was absent. A quorum was established. Also in attendance: Carol LeBeau.
(2) Approval of Minutes.
Motion made by Keith seconded by Anthony, to approve the minutes from the September 8, 2020 regular meeting. Motion carried.
(3) Public Participation. - None
(4) Old Business. - None
(5) New Business. —None
(6) Items for Discussion and Possible Action on. —
The Commission discussed their Annual Report, motion made by Keith and seconded by Anthony to approve, motion carried. The
Commission requested Carol provide the report to Mayor Pineda on their behalf. The Commission reviewed applicant files number
13 and 26 from the Police Officer Final Eligibility Register. Keith motioned to conditionally approve applicant numbers 13 and
26 pending their successful completion of the psychological and medical pre-employment exams and pending the successful
completion of the Power Test.

(8) Executive Session. — None
(9) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session. — None
(10) Adjournment.
Motion made by Keith seconded by Anthony, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
