Special Meeting
April 19, 2021

(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Anthony Gagliardi called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. In attendance: Anthony Gagliardi and Randy Wilson. Keith Letsche
was absent. A quorum was established. Also in attendance: Carol LeBeau and Interim Police Chief Christopher Shackelford and
Rich Eddington.
(2) Items for Discussion and Possible Action on. —
The Commission reviewed police officer applicant files number 30, 33 and 34.
(3) Executive Session. — A motion was made by Anthony and seconded by Randy to move to Executive Session at 5:27 p.m. to
discuss applicant files.
(4) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session. — The Commission returned from
Executive Session with a motion from Randy seconded by Anthony at 5:40 p.m. Randy made a motion seconded by Randy to
strike police officer applicant numbers 30 and 34 due to derogatory information presented in the background. Randy made a motion
seconded by Anthony to certify applicant number 33 contingent upon the applicant successfully completing the pre-employment
testing.
(5) Adjournment.
Motion made by Randy and seconded by Anthony, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
