                     Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 9:00 A.M.
                        West Chicago City Hall

1.  Call To Order
    a.  Trustee Zurick called the meeting to order at 9:02 A.M.

2.  Roll Call
    a. A quorum was established with Trustee Zurick, Trustee Malkin, Trustee Guttman, and
       Trsutee Cargola all present.

3.  Approval of the April 15, 2021 Board Meeting Minutes
    a. A motion was made by Trustee Cargola to approve of the April 15, 2021 Board Meeting
       Minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion was approved 4-0.

4.  Public Comment- None

5.  Approval of Disbursements
    a.  Approval of Bills to be Paid in May 2021
        1. A motion was made by Trustee Guttman to approve of the Bills to be Paid in May
          2021. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. Roll call vote was taken and the
          motion was approved 4-0.

6.  Application for Membership- None

7.  Applications for Benefits
    a.  Christopher Woodill converting pension from disability to regular pension benefit
        1. No action taken at this time.

8.  Applications for Refund- None

9.  Old Business- None

10. New Business- None

11. Executive/Closed Session- None

    a. A motion was made by Trustee Guttman to adjourn the meeting at 9:03 A.M. The motion
      was seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion was approved 4-0.
