Call To Order
a. Trustee Zurick called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.
Roll Call
a. A quorum was established with Trustee Zurick, Trustee Cargola, Trustee Guttman and
Trustee Malkin all present.
Approval of the May 25, 2021 Board Meeting Minutes
a. A motion was made by Trustee Cargola the approve of the May 25, 2021 Board Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion was approved 4-0.
Public Comment- None
Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of Bills to be Paid in June 2021
1. A motion was made to approve of the June 2021 Bills to be Paid in the amount of
$9,471.81 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Cargola. Roll
call vote was take and approved 4-0.
Application for Membership- None
Applications for Benefits
a. Christopher Woodill converting pension from non-duty disability to a regular pension
benefit
1. A motion was made by Trustee Cargola to approve of Woodill's conversion of non-
duty disability pension to a regular pension in the amount of $5,029.98 per month as
calculated by Lauterbach and Amen. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin.
Roll call vote was taken and approved 4-0.
