Public Hearing of Case PC 21-08 — Zoning Text Amendment
The City of West Chicago is proposing a Zoning Text Amendment to Section 6.28
(Zoning Districts Generally — Short-Term Home Rentals) of Appendix A (the Zoning
Code), of the City of West Chicago Municipal Code. The amendment will revise the
regulations and registration process for Short-Term Home Rentals.
Review and recommendation of Case PC 21-08 — Zoning Text Amendment
Public Hearing of Case PC 21-09 — Zoning Text Amendment
The City of West Chicago is proposing a Zoning Text Amendment to Section 6.27
(Zoning Districts Generally — Outside Vending, Continuous) of Appendix A (the Zoning
Code), of the City of West Chicago Municipal Code. The amendment will allow not-for-
profit charitable organizations and religious institutions to operate mobile food vehicles
for the sole purpose of providing essential food items to individuals as part of the
purposes or mission of the not-for-profit charitable organization or religious institution.
