Special Meeting
July 14, 2021

(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Anthony Gagliardi called the meeting to order at 2:57 p.m. In attendance: Anthony Gagliardi, Randy Wilson. and Keith Letsche.
A quorum was established. Also in attendance: Carol LeBeau and Chief of Police Colin Fleury and Amy Eitapence (IOSolutions).
(2) Items for Discussion and Possible Action on. — None
(3) Executive Session. — A motion was made by Keith and seconded by Randy to move to Executive Session at 2:59 p.m. for
personnel matters, oral interview police officer [65ILCS 5/10-1-7]. Motion was carried by voice vote.
The special meeting resumed at 5:58 p.m. all Commissioners present. Colin Fleury was also present.
(4) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session. — None
(5) Adjournment.
Motion made by Keith and seconded by Randy to adjourn. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
