Special Meeting
July 15, 2021

(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Anthony Gagliardi called the meeting to order at 1:39 p.m. In attendance: Anthony Gagliardi, Randy Wilson. and Keith Letsche.
A quorum was established. Also in attendance: Chief of Police Colin Fleury.
(2) Items for Discussion and Possible Action on. — None
(3) Executive Session. - A motion was made by Keith and seconded by Randy to move to Executive Session at 1:45 p.m. for
personnel matters, oral interview police officer [65ILCS 5/10-1-7]. Motion was carried by voice vote.
Executive Session adjourned at 3:55 p.m. motion by Keith second by Randy for a lunch break from 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.
The Commission resumed Executive Session with a motion by Keith second by Randy at 4:30 p.m. to continue police officer oral
interviews. Motion carried.
(4) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session. — None
(5) Adjournment.
Motion made by Keith and seconded by Randy to adjourn. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
