CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MINUTES
Special Meeting
*Approved 11-9-21 September 13, 2021
(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Elect pro-tem chair in the absence of no named chair. Kevin Millon made a motion to elect Randy Wilson pro-tem chair, Randy
seconded. The motion carried. Randy called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. In attendance: Randy Wilson and Kevin Millon.
Keith Letsche was absent. A quorum was established. Also in attendance: Carol LeBeau.
(2) Items for Discussion and Possible Action on. —
The Commission received two police officer applicant files to review. Applicant number 1 and Applicant number 2. The
Commission motioned to enter Executive Session at 5:28 p.m. to discuss the applicant files. Motion made by Randy second by
Kevin. Motion carried.
(3) Executive Session. —
The Commission entered Executive Session to review and discuss two police officer applicant files. Kevin motioned seconded by
Randy to return to regular session at 5:37 p.m.
(4) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session. —
After discussion and review in Executive Session Randy made a motion and Kevin seconded to conditionally certify applicants
number | and 2 to move forward contingent upon their successful completion of the psychological and medical examination.
(5) Adjournment.
Motion made by Kevin and seconded by Randy to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
