1. Call To Order - Board President Zurick called the meeting to order at 9:15 A.M.
2. Roll Call - Roll call was taken by Trustee Zurick. A quorum was established with Trustee
Guttman, Trustee Zurick, and Trustee Malkin present.
3. Approval of October 14, 2021 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Guttman made a motion to approve the October 14, 2021 Board Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion was approved 3-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of Bills to be Paid in November 2021
1. A motion was made to approve the bills to be paid in November 2021 in the amount
of $13,321.81 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. Roll
call vote was taken. The motion was approved 3-0.
6. Applications for Membership — None
7. Applications for Benefits- None
8. Applications for Refund- None
9. Old Business- None
10. New Business — Trustee Zurick made a motion to authorize Lauterbach and Amen to
calculate the IMRF transfer for Robert Kowalik with the approved selected interest rate. The
motion was seconded by Trustee Malkin. The motion was approved 3-0.
