(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Elect pro-tem chair in the absence of no named chair. Randy Wilson made a motion second by Kevin Millon to elect Keith Letsche
pro-tem chair. Motion carried. Keith called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. In attendance Keith Letsche, Randy Wilson and
Kevin Millon. Also in attendance, Amy IOSolutions, Chief of Police Colin Fleury, Mark Whaley Elgin Police Department and
Rick Demierre Elgin Police Department.
(2) Executive Session.
Motion to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of training the Commission for Oral Interviews Sergeant and Oral Interview
for Sergeant. Motion was made by Kevil Millon and seconded by Randy Wilson at 8:28 a.m. Motion carried.
Motion to leave Executive Session at 12:21 p.m. by Randy Wilson second Kevin Millon motion carried.
Motion to return to Executive Session 12:47 p.m. motion by Kevin Millon and second Randy Wilson motion carried.
Motion to leave Executive Session at 2:24 p.m. motion by Kevin Millon and second by Randy Wilson motion carried.
(3) Adjournment.
Motion made by Randy and seconded by Kevin to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 2:25 p.m.
