Regular-Rescheduled Meeting
* Approved 2-16-22 December 13, 2021
(1) Call to Order and Establishment of a Quorum.
Elect pro-tem chair in the absence of no named chair. Kevin Millon made a motion to elect Randy Wilson pro-tem chair, Randy
seconded. The motion carried. Randy called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. In attendance: Randy Wilson and Kevin Millon.
Keith Letsche was absent. A quorum was established. Also in attendance: Chief of Police Colin Fleury, Deputy Chief Christopher
Shackelford, Commander Anthony Cargola and Carol LeBeau.
(2) Approval of Minutes.
The Minutes of the November 9, 2021 Meeting were approved motion by Kevin second by Randy, motion carried.
(3) Public Participation.
None
(4) Old Business
None
(5) New Business
None
(6) Items for Discussion and Possible Action on. —
The Commission prepared and approved the Initial Eligibility Register for Sergeant
(7) Correspondence.
None
(8) Executive Session.
None
(9) When Applicable Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session. —
The Commission prepared and approved the Initial Eligibility Register for Sergeant promotional along with the notice to sergeant
candidates for claiming veteran and educational preference points.
(10) Adjournment.
Motion made by Kevin and seconded by Randy to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
