1. Call To Order
a. Trustee Zurick called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M.
2. Roll Call
a. A quorum was established with Trustee Malkin, Trustee Zurick, Trustee Cargola, and
Trustee Guttman all present.
3. Approval of the November 18, 2021 Board Meeting Minutes
a. A motion was made to approve of the November 18, 2021 Board Meeting Minutes by
Trustee Cargola. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. The motion was approved
4-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of the Bills to be Paid in December 2021
1. A motion was made to approve of the Bills to be Paid in December 2021 in the
amount of $16,230.81 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee
Zurick. Roll call vote was taken and approved 4-0.

a. Approval of authorizing Lauterbach to calculate the IMRF transfer for Robert Kowalik
with the selected interest rate of 6% per DOI email
1. Amotion was made by Trustee Guttman to allow Lauterbach to calculate the IMRF
transfer for Robert Kowalik with the selected interest rate of 6% per DOI email. The
motion was seconded by Trustee Cargola. The motion was approved 4-0.

a. A motion was made by Trustee Zurick to adjourn the meeting at 9:03 A.M. The motion
