Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that, pursuant to the requirements of 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1, et seq., a special
meeting of the Joint Review Board for the proposed West Chicago Downtown TIF District No. 2 will be held on
Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. In accordance with Public Act 101-0640, and 5 ILCS 120/7(e), this meeting
will be held remotely based on the Gubernatorial disaster declaration regarding COVID-19 and the Mayor of the City of
West Chicago determining that an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent. The meeting will be held remotely

meeting remotely by video or audio. The Joint Review Board will also accept written public comments by email to
pkelly@westchicago.org before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. Comments received prior to the deadline will be
placed in the meeting record and presented to the Joint Review Board.
