1. Call To Order
a. Board President John Zurick was called to order at 9:01 A.M.
2. Roll Call
a. Roll call was taken by Trustee Zurick. A quorum was establish with Trustee Zurick,
Trustee Guttman, Trustee Smith, and Trustee Cargola. Absent was Trustee Malkin. Also
present was Officer Robbi Peterson.
3. Approval of the January 20, 2022 Board Meeting Minutes
a. Trustee Cargola made a motion to approve of the January 20, 2022 Board Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. The motion was approved 4-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of the Bills to be Paid in February 2022
1. A motion was made to approve of the Bills to be Paid in February 2022 in the amount
of $9,346.81 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. Roll
call vote was taken and approved 4-0.
6. Applications for Membership- None
7. Applications for Benefits- None
8. Applications for Refund- None
9. Old Business- None
