1. Call To Order
a. Trustee Cargola called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M.
2. Roll Call
a. A quorum was established with Trustee Cargola, Trustee Smith and Trustee Guttman.
Absent were Trustees Zurick and Malkin.
3. Public Comment- None
4. New Business
a. Discussion and possible action on seeking an extension of time regarding the transfer
of the West Chicago Police Department’s Pension Fund assets to IPOPIF.
1. A motion was made to approve the Board’s attorney, Keith Karlson from Karlson,
Garza, McQueary, LLC to draft a letter requesting an extension of time regarding
the transfer of the Pension funds to IPOPIF by Trustee Guttman. The motion was
seconded by Trustee Smith. Roll call vote was taken and the motion was
approved 3-0.
5. Adjournment
a. A motion was made to adjourn by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee
Smith. All were in favor 3-0.
