The proposed easement will allow the City access to the watermain for maintenance. The watermain easement provisions would allow the City access to the watermain facili- ties in the case where the property owner is not maintaining the items per city code requirement. Any costs incurred by the City for said maintenance of the watermain would be borne by the property own- er. The plat also includes additional easement area for an existing sanitary sewer main that crosses the site. A portion of the existing sanitary sewer as constructed fell outside of the easement that was pro- vided at the time. That the Plat of Easement, as prepared by Spaceco Inc., consisting of one (1) sheet, at- tached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “A”, be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and Executive Office Manager and all other necessary and appropriate officers of the City are au- thorized to execute said plat. Section 2. That all Resolutions or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are, to the extent of such conflict, expressly repealed. Section 3.
