Following the discussion of the draft Plan, members of the Committee directed Upland to prepare a phasing plan for the development of the park and include the anticipated cost of construction associated with each phase. Members also re- quested additional information for the proposed playground area and sensory garden with respect to ADA amenities. Upland has prepared this information and will present it at the August 21, 2023 meeting of the Public Affairs Committee.
