Absent was Trustee Cargola and Trustee Herbert. 3. Approval of the August 22, 2023 Board Meeting Minutes a. A motion was made to approve of the August 20, 2023 Board Meeting Minutes by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Messino. The motion was approved 3-0. 4. Public Comment- None 5. Approval of Disbursements a. Approval of the Bills to be Paid in September 2023 1. A motion was made by Trustee Guttman to approve of the Bills to be Paid in September 2023 in the amount of $14,409.07. The motion was seconded by Trustee Messino. Roll call vote was taken and approved 3-0. 6. Applications for Membership a. Approval of Daniel Schane's Application for Membership 1. A motion was made to approve of Daniel Schane's Application for Membership by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Zurick. The motion was approved 3-0. 7. Applications for Benefits a. Approval of Joseph Eversole's transfer of creditable service from SURS to West Chicago Police Pension Fund 1.
