We are unique. • Historical photos, drawings and art from the rich history of West Chicago. • Subdivision Community initiated samples • Graffiti, hand free art, splatter paint • Murals are always a good option and age well in most cases. A colorful mural on the ugly cement wall across from the metra station heading west towards downtown would be PERFECT! • I love that a master plan is being created. Perhaps some thought could be given to adding art or promoting it along 59, Roosevelt and north Ave so those who don't come into town can see it. I think doing so could help continue to build a more positive reputation for our city. I did "google" them, but a definition would have been helpful. Looking forward to this evolving project!" • Choices should not be political or divisive. They should be uplifting and focused on celebrating life or achievement. Pieces which rust over time should avoided because, honestly, which town needs more rust.
