                  Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 9:00 A.M.
                        West Chicago City Hall


1.  Call To Order
    a.  Board Secretary Anthony Cargola called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M.

2.  Roll Call
    a.  Roll call was taken with Trustee Herbert, Trustee Messino, Trustee Guttman, and Trustee
       Cargola all present. Absent was Trustee Zurick.

3.  Approval of the October 10, 2023 Board Meeting Minutes
    a.  A motion was made to approve of the October 10, 2023 Board Meeting Minutes by
       Trustee Messino. The motion was seconded by Trustee Herbert. The motion was
       approved 4-0.

4.  Public Comment- None

5.  Approval of Disbursements
    a.  Approval of the Bills to be Paid in November 2023
      A. A motion was made to approve of the Bills in November 2023 in the amount of
          $21,258.57 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Herbert. Roll
             call vote was taken and approved 4-0.

6.  Applications for Membership- None

7.  Applications for Benefits- None

8.  Applications for Refund- None

9.  Old Business- None

10. New Business
    a.  Lauterbach and Amen Actuarial Engagement Letter

1. A motion was made to approve of the Lauterbach and Amen Actuarial Engagement
            Letter for the next 3 years in the amounts of $6,110 for 2023, $6,350 for 2024, and
          $6,610 for 2025 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Cargola.
           Roll call vote was taken and approved 4-0.

12. Adjournment
    a. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:0 4 A.M. by Trustee Cargola. The motion
      was seconded by Trustee Herbert. The motion was approved 4-0.
