A Special Use Permit (SUP) for an alternative electric supply facility, in accordance with
Sections 5.5 and 10.5-3(C)(3) of the Zoning Code. The request, if approved would allow
the property to be developed and used for a solar farm.

Uses) of Article X (Business Districts), of Appendix A (the Zoning Code) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of West Chicago to allow “Indoor Recreation and Amusement” as
a permitted use in the B-2 General Business District.
