One sign will be located on the door and will be 2 square feet while the other will be located on the window and will be 1.5 square feet. The sign on the door will be a magnet and the sign on the window will be a cling. Neither sign is permanent. Both signs comply with the Zoning Code. Please see attached information for more details. While the building is not considered a candidate for local landmark status, it is contributing to the Turner Junction Historic District. Constructed in the 1910’s, it is a vernacular commercial building.
