        a.  Groot, Inc Facility Tour
          Note: Confirm your attendance to Dave Shah, P.E., Assistant Director of Public
         Works at dshah@westchicago.org.
                            i.  9:00 AM – Transfer Station Tour in West Chicago (Appx. 1 hour)
                        1.  Address: West Chicago Transfer Station – 1995 Powis Road,
                    West Chicago, Illinois
                            ii.  10:00 AM – Commute time to MRF Facility (Appx. 45 mins)
                            iii.  11:00 AM – MRF Facility Tour in Elk Grove Village (Appx. 1 Hour)
                        1.  Address: 1759 Elmhurst Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois
        b.  Tour Guidelines:
                                  i.  Clothing: Sturdy walking shoes or boots are required (closed-toe). Attendees must wear
                          hi-vis safety vests and caps, which will be provided.
                                  ii.  Cell Phone/Cameras: Cell phone use is prohibited during the tour. Photos and videos may
                  be taken with prior approval by the site manager.
                                  iii.  Guide Ratio: The ratio is 1 guide per 10 visitors for ages 13 and up.
                        iv.  Age: Children under 13, including younger siblings, are not permitted on the tour.
                     v.  Route: A specific tour route has been established for the safety of visitors. Entry into
                             facility buildings is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the site manager.
                        vi.  Conduct: The MRF (Material Recovery Facility) is a working facility and must be respected
                   as such. Visitors must stay with their group and follow the designated route at all times.
                         vii.  Cancellation: Site management reserves the right to cancel or suspend any tour at any
                       time.
