    A Special Use Permit for a School to allow the petitioner to conduct classes for patrons
       including music, culinary, art and drama.

      Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the Trillium Farm subdivision from ER-1 Estate
       Residence to R-5 Single-Family Residence and zoning variations for existing setbacks and
         lot coverage.
