                          REGULAR MEETING MINUTES


     Tuesday January 14, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. | West Chicago City Hall | City Council Chambers


 (1)  Call to order and Establishment of a Quorum
     Chairperson Keith Letsche called the meeting to order at 5:01 P.M. In attendance were Chairperson Keith Letsche,
    Commissioner Kevin Millon and Commissioner Edmond Moore. Police Chief Colin Fleury and Human Resources
    Manager Sash Dumanovic were present.


 (2) Approval of Minutes
           (a) Motion by Commissioner Moore to approve minutes from the September 10, 2024 Regular Meeting.
           Seconded by Chairperson Letsche. No further discussion and motion carried.
          (b) Motion by Commissioner Millon to approve minutes from the December 3, 2024 Special Meeting.
           Seconded by Commissioner Moore. No further discussion and motion carried.
           (c) Motion by Commissioner Moore to approve minutes from the December 3, 2024 Executive Session
            Meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Millon. No further discussion and motion carried.


 (3) Correspondence
           (a) None


 (4) Public Participation
           (a) None


 (5) Old Business
           (a) Status of entry-level Police Officer who completed Academy: Chief Fleury remarked that the candidate
            graduated on January 3rd and  is currently completing the departmental Field Training Officer (FTO)
            program.


 (6) New Business
           (a) Motion made by Commissioner Moore to approve the 2025 West Chicago Civil Service Commission
            meeting schedule. Seconded by Commissioner Millon. No further discussion and motion carried.
          (b) Motion made by Commissioner Moore to approve the Sergeant Promotional Final Eligibility Register
            dated 01/14/2025. Seconded by Commissioner Millon. No further discussion and motion carried.
           (c) Motion made by Commissioner Moore to not release the Executive Session meeting minutes from
           December 3, 2024. Seconded by Commissioner Millon. No further discussion and motion carried.


 (7) Items for Discussion and Possible Action
           (a) Items 6A, 6B and 6C above.


 (8) Executive Session
           (a) No Executive Session.


 (9) When Applicable, Items to be Referred for Final Action from Executive Session
    None

(10) Adjournment
    Motion by Commissioner Moore to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Chairperson Letsche. No further discussion
    and motion carried. Meeting ended at 5:16 PM.
