The installed roof shingles are Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with a pewter gray col- or to match the previous shingles. The applicant is also seeking approval to change the color of the existing horizontal siding of the home to an Off-White shade. The existing color of the siding is a yel- low hue around most of the home with a white colored vertical siding on the rear of the house. Please see scope of work and photos for more details. The building is a 1900 Queen Anne and according to the East Washington street Historic District sur- vey the building is contributing to the District though is not indicated as a candidate for local landmark status.
