No guardrail currently exists on this low roof and the applicant intends to install an aluminum ornamental rail with a brown color. Please see photos and spec sheet for more details. The building is an 1898 Italianate Victorian. According to the Turner-Junction Historic District survey the building is contributing to the District and is a candidate for local landmark status.
