Call to Order, Roll Call, and Establishment of a Quorum.
Chairman Chassee called the meeting to order at 6:15pm. Roll Call found Alderman
Brown, Hallett, Smith, Short and Banas.
Alderman Birch Ferguson Short was not present.
Approval of Minutes.
A. Public Affairs Committee Minutes of December 16, 2024. Alderman Hallett
made a motion, seconded by Alderman Banas to approve the minutes of the Public
Affairs Committee. Voting Aye: Chairman Chassee, Alderman Brown, Hallett, Smith,
Short and Banas. Voting Nay: 0. Abstain: 0. Motion carried.
Public Participation / Presentations.

A. Stations of the Cross — St. Andrew Lutheran Church - Alderman Short made a
motion, seconded by Alderman Banas to direct this item to City Council for approval.
Voting Aye: Chairman Chassee, Alderman Brown, Hallett, Smith, Short and Banas.
Voting Nay: Abstain: 0. Motion carried.
B. Blooming Fest - Alderman Short made a motion, seconded by Alderman Banas to
direct this item to City Council for approval. Voting Aye: Chairman Chassee, Alderman
Brown, Hallett, Smith, Short and Banas. Voting Nay: Abstain: 0. Motion carried.
C. Food Fest — Alderman Short made a motion, seconded by Alderman Banas to
direct this item to City Council for approval. Voting Aye: Chairman Chassee, Alderman

D. Frosty Fest — Alderman Short made a motion, seconded by Alderman Banas to
