By hosting monthly rotating art exhibitions, offering art classes, hosting community partners and organizing community events, we seek to foster a love for art while contributing to downtown redevelopment. Our gallery will serve as a platform for local artists, a resource for art education, and a center for community connection. Mission Statement To enrich the community through art by showcasing diverse talents, promoting mental health through creative expression, and revitalizing the downtown area as a cultural and social destination. Market Analysis e Target Audience: Residents of all ages, local artists, art enthusiasts, families, educators, and professionals seeking creative outlets. e¢ Community Need: The downtown area is underutilized and lacks cultural spaces that can draw people together for relationship building. Art as a form of community building and mental health support is gaining recognition and aligns with growing trends. ===== PDF PAGE 50 ===== [Extraction: OCR (rendered-page OCR)] Community economic impact is seen through attracting visitors to downtown West Chicago (it is estimated 60% of our visitation is from out of town guests). e Competitive Advantage: Unlike commercial galleries, we prioritize accessibility, inclusivity, and community impact. Our nonprofit status enables us to attract grants and donations, reducing barriers to entry for both artists and participants. Programs and Services 1.
