ITEM SUMMARY:

Holly Perez, owner of the single-family home at 312 East Washington Street in the Turner Junction
Historic District, is requesting approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 4-foot wooden
picket fence on the property. The fence will be located in the rear of the property. No alterations to the
single-family home are proposed. Please see the attached details and photos for more information.

The structure is a Bungalow with Dutch Colonial features constructed in the 1920’s. It is contributing to
the District but is not a candidate for local landmark status.

ACTION PROPOSED:

Consideration of a fence at 312 E Washington Street.
