1. Call To Order
a. The meeting was called to order at 9:04 A.M. by Trustee Zurick.
2. Roll Call
a. Roll call was taken with Trustee Zurick, Trustee Cargola, Trustee Guttman, Trustee
Messino and Trustee Herbert all present.
3. Approval of the May 13, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes
a. A motion was made to approve of the May 13, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes by Trustee
Zurick. The motion was seconded by Trustee Herbert. The motion was approved 5-0.
4. Public Comment- None
5. Approval of Disbursements
a. Approval of the Bills to be Paid in June 2025
1. A motion was made to approve of the bills to be paid in June 2025 in the amount of
$12,419.01 by Trustee Guttman. The motion was seconded by Trustee Messino. Roll
call vote was taken and approved 5-0.
6. Applications for Membership- None
7. Applications for Benefits- None
8. Applications for Refund- None
9. Old Business
a. Approval of the Certified Board Election Results - completed last meeting
10. New Business- None
11. Executive/Closed Session- None
