No other modifications to the exterior of the building is proposed. Please see attached scope of work for more information. This work had begun initially without a permit. The property is considered a candidate for local landmark status and is contributing to the Turner- Junction Historic District. The building is a Classic Revival and was constructed in 1919. The total cost for workmanship above is as follows: The total cost for the EPDM Coatings, for both roofs will be $21,600.00 with a 5 year labor warranty and a 15 year manufacturer's warranty.
